    • Your optional profile picture;

We employ industry standard security measures designed to protect the security of all information submitted by visiting or using the Services. However, the security of information transmitted through the internet can never be guaranteed. We are not responsible for any interception or interruption of any communications through the internet or for changes to or losses of data.

We cannot delete your Personal Information so long as you use the Services. We may not accommodate a request to change Personal Information if We believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the Personal Information to be incorrect.

If you delete your User Contributions from the Services, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other users of the Services.

We cannot edit or delete any information that is stored on a blockchain (e.g., the Ethereum blockchain) as We do not have custody or control over any blockchain. The information stored on a respective blockchain may include purchases, sales, and transfers related to your blockchain address and digital assets (e.g., NFTs) held at that address.

  1. Third-Party Digital Wallets

To use the Services, you must use a compatible, non-custodial third-party digital wallet (a “Digital Wallet”), which allows you to engage in transactions on the Ethereum blockchains and use the Services. Your interactions with any Digital Wallet provider are governed by the applicable terms of service and privacy policy of that third-party service provider.

Your transactions using the Services will be recorded on the blockchain and associated with your Digital Wallet identifier.

The Services may contain links to other sites that are not operated by Us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third-party's site. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites, services, or products.
