# Getting Started

Blackbeard requires users to create a wallet that is managed by the platform. This allows the application to snipe NFTs while you sleep 😴. 

The next few sections describes 1. how to generate your Blackbeard wallet and 2. how to deposit and withdraw ETH from your Blackbeard wallet.
